‘Stay’ — Two Skies — Single review

Two Skies’ game plan isn’t slowing. ‘Stay’ is the third release from the duo and, while they’re still effectively new kids on the block, they’re also certified hit-makers at this stage.

The punchiness and catchiness of ‘Stay’ is on point, with slower-paced, dreamy verses punctuated by synths and peppered with bass undertones, which then burst into explosively uptempo chorus sections that are all too easy to sing along to. It’s a short song at just 2:23, but they’ve stuffed a lot of vigour into it. Their electronic indie niche is very much to be savoured.

You can spin ‘Stay’ on Spotify now, along with their prior singles. And for all the latest from Cal and Brad, catch Two Skies over on Instagram. Go, go, go!
