While Record Weekly is merely a small and humble haven for musical ramblings, it’s important to heed the industry-wide ‘Black Out Tuesday’ campaign, to be observed on 2nd June 2020. I can’t begin to express how crucial it is to stand up for justice, because apathy only signals a siding with oppression. Black lives do — and always will — matter, which is why Record Weekly will be backing the blackout.
