It’s safe to say that Aussie synth guru, Flume, is one of my favourite producers of electronic music. His disc-jockeying and beat-warping manipulation skills are flawless, and his bass drops are insanely good. Furthermore, combining his records with added verses from acclaimed rappers (e.g. Freddie Gibbs, Ghostface Killah, and so forth) was such a genius stunt.

So, to learn that Flume had dropped a teaser of his new LP, ‘Skin’, was wildly exciting. The compacted snippet of his utterly blissful, blazing new tracks is decent in its own right (albeit disjointed as it is), so I’m now eagerly awaiting the full, unadulterated version.
