‘Particular Feeling’ — Majesty Palm — Single review

Summer bop incoming! The Majesty Palm effect strikes again, as the duo returns with ‘Particular Feeling’; sure to be an instant winner on your regular playlist rotations.

I’ve been following the pair since writing their original press kit bio, and they’ve been consistently positioning themselves as an unstoppable force sonically since. Yet, on this latest piece, Cameron and Olivia have outdone themselves in nailing the assignment, serving stomping synths and divine disco vibes by the bucketload. Underpinned by their signature pop, new wave and funk sensibilities, it’s a certified earworm.

Whether you’re gymming, pre-drinking or just chilling, this track has heaps of charisma. So it’s hardly surprising that it’s got the emphatic buy-in of BBC Introducing Scotland, Snack Mag and SAMA (Scottish Alternative Music Awards) — all of which cite Majesty Palm as an act very much on the rise, too.

It’s time you pressed play here.
